• Payment-related information handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

• Send secure magic links for free downloads.
• Provide paid download-page links after a Stripe purchase.
• Prevent duplicate or abusive requests and keep download links time-limited.

Local storage and tracking

The site may use browser local storage to keep an anonymous visitor ID and first/last-touch campaign information. This helps us understand how people arrive at the site and which city pages or campaigns lead to claims or purchases. You can clear local storage through your browser settings.

Email and marketing

If you request a free asset, purchase a product, or contact us, we may send transactional messages related to that request. If you opt in to updates, or if we contact relevant prospects about ClipperSmith products, we may send commercial email. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting us.

Payments

Paid purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment card details, billing information, fraud-prevention data, and transaction records. ClipperSmith receives purchase confirmation information needed to provide the paid download page, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including:

• Cloudflare for hosting, Workers, storage, database, security, and related infrastructure.
• Resend for transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Stripe for payment processing and checkout.
• Analytics, logging, or similar operational services as needed to run and improve the product.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to run ClipperSmith, process payments, deliver email, store records, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

We keep records for as long as reasonably needed to provide downloads, support purchases, maintain business records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information.

Your choices
